Executive Leadership Coaching

Finding the Answers Within

You’re not sure what to do with a leader in your company. He needs something. She needs something. You’re not sure what it is. Maybe the person is one of those long on technical skills and short on people skills. Maybe he or she is new to the job, new to a project, new to a group. Maybe you’re thinking about a high potential manager who’s being groomed for more.

You may have put in place some pieces of the leadership development puzzle: mentoring within the company, reading materials, management training. Yet you’re not completely satisfied with the results.

It may be that the reason these pieces don’t complete the puzzle is that they don’t come directly from the heart and mind of the leader.

The coaching relationship is unique. In coaching, the client is the one with the answers, and the coach facilitates uncovering those answers. It feels like magic. Clients begin to tap their inner power and their innate resourcefulness. And they are solely responsible and accountable to themselves for their growth and expansion.

In one-on-one leadership coaching, the client has the opportunity to delve into any thorny challenge without fear of looking like a failure, without concerns about confidentiality or revealing too much to someone in the workplace, without worrying about the internal politics of the organization. The client resolves problems with less struggle, more ease.

They have someone in their corner and their levels of mastery rise. They have more confidence, more skill at handling overwhelming responsibilities, more energy, greater ability to attend to the important and not just the urgent.

Inspired Mastery coaches are all certified by the International Coach Federation as well as by their coach training organization. They have years of experience, and they model personal and professional mastery.

They coach leaders on how to focus on where they are going so they are not sidelined by inconsequential events. They help each individual build on their strengths and develop their own unique and authentic leadership style.

Because we know that the coaching relationship is unique, clients have the opportunity to choose the best coach for them.

Self-awareness and Alignment

"The two most useful insights I gained from my coaching experience was a real sense of self-awareness and an understanding of how important it is to have your life experiences aligned with your core values; with what is really and truly important to you. Now that sounds very obvious and it would seem to be something that would be easy to achieve but it’s not. I don’t believe anyone can tell you these insights. I believe a skilled and caring person can help you discover them."

Aware of Communication and Clarity About What Matters

"Working with you helped me become more aware of myself and of the way I communicate. More important, I gained clarity about what matters to me, in both my work and personal life, and discovered that I need to pay attention to all parts of myself in ways that feel authentic. I have held on to these learnings and continue to honor them even now."
