Inspired Mastery facilitators are all Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitators through the Foundation for Inspired Learning and coaches certified by the International Coach Federation as well as their coach training organization. They have years of experience, and they model personal and professional mastery.

What’s Included:

Each half-day module can stand alone or be linked with one or more others. Combine all 8 for a complete program.

For each module-

Part I:

    Half-day module delivered in person

    OR

    Split module delivered in two 2-hour sessions via telephone distance learning

Part II:

    Two group coaching sessions to integrate the learning

Part III (Optional):

    Individual executive coaching sessions to integrate the learning

People learn the essential elements of world-class teams, how they fit into the picture, and the top three practices of a world-class leader in this hands-on, high-energy, 3-hour module. They take away insights and techniques they can use as soon as they return to the office.

How to Listen So People Will Tell You What’s Important

They’ll learn to free themselves of the frustration of not getting the information they need. In this module, they’ll gain practical listening techniques that can impact every conversation they have at work, or anywhere else, for that matter. They’ll add to what they already know about listening to become truly masterful at it.

How to Have Difficult Conversations

While they may not walk away from this interactive module relishing their next difficult conversation, they will walk away with the tools and the practice to move sensitively into it, to come out with what they most need, to feel confident in their communication abilities, and to experience greater personal mastery.

Sometimes people are just annoyed by others, whether they want to be or not. This is probably because they simply have different modes of communication, different ways of thinking, different approaches to problems, or even different styles of being in the world.
