You’ve spent many hours training as a coach, and coaching your clients….

Now, you’re ready to take the final steps to your ACC, PCC or MCC.

Congratulations! I know you are dedicated and committed to achieving the highest credential the profession of coaching offers. Would you like to accelerate the process by having a mentor coach?

When I applied for my MCC, back in 2004, I know I would have loved to have my mentor coach listen to my coaching and give me feedback. The ICF now requires an exam so it's even more important to have a seasoned coach trainer to help prepare you!

You need an expert in your corner,

a mentor who’s not only been coaching, but one who has trained and certified hundreds of coaches and listened to more than 500 coaching sessions.

In addition to coaching my own clients, I also train and certify coaches for two ICF accredited coach training programs. I am expertly versed in ‘listening for’ all of the ICF core competencies in coaching. My students tell me that they are always amazed at how I’m able to listen so deeply and give them the valuable feedback they love and which serves to boost their coaching even higher.


Many applicants are required to have 10 hours of mentor coaching over 3 months...

If you’re like most people, you don’t want to waste time and effort and would rather take the fastest route to success. And, now you can.

Let me help you:

  • Conquer the problem of test anxiety
  • Feel fully confident and prepared to coach the reviewer
  • Hone in and master the Core competencies that the reviewer wants to hear

I will guide you throughout the entire process.


The package I’ve developed covers all the elements that are important for you as you apply for your ACC, PCC or MCC and fully satisfies ICF’s requirements to be coached by a mentor coach.

  • Coaching for three 45-minute sessions per month
  • Me listening in to one of your coaching sessions each month (with your client’s permission of course) and giving you crucial feedback, valuable support, and expert coaching
  • An additional session completely focused on the ICF exam
  • A letter to ICF from me, to be included in your application, recommending you for the ACC, PCC or MCC credential

You will also learn:

  • The first question the ICF assessors/reviewers want to hear at the beginning of your coaching session
  • The final question you’ll want to ask in the session (beyond the ‘requests’) and how to naturally do this in every session
