A Foundation for Authentic Leadership

You’ve tried some
pieces of the leadership development puzzle: mentoring within the company,

The Roots of Success package allows the
person to have a taste of executive coaching. The coaching relationship is
unique. In coaching, the client is the one with the answers, and the coach
facilitates uncovering those answers.
Clients begin to tap
into their innate resourcefulness. And they are solely responsible and
accountable to themselves for their growth and expansion. The insights are deeply rewarding, and the transformation is striking.
In the Roots of Success process, the client
develops a tool that clarifies their values, vision, and goals, and helps them see inside their blind spots. Facilitated by
an Inspired Mastery coach, they map out a plan for achieving their goals and
begin to implement it. They gain clarity that guides them in making decisions
and employing their unique and authentic leadership style.
Inspired Mastery
coaches are all certified by the International Coach Federation as well as
their coach training organization. They have years of experience, and they
model personal and professional mastery.
Each coach knows how to engage in the deeper conversation. And
because we know that the coaching relationship is unique, clients have the
opportunity to choose the best coach for them.
What’s Included:
This four-session one-on-one executive coaching package
includes a foundational discovery session and three follow-up sessions. The
initial session yields a tool with which individuals can coach themselves and
be coached. Over the next three sessions, they will set goals and map a plan to
achieving them. The Roots of Success package is delivered over the
phone or in person.
Part I:

The first session, a Foundation Session to begin
the coaching relationship, lasts up to 2 hours. From this session comes a tool
that the coach and client both use to ensure that the client is on track and in
alignment with their own vision, values, and goals.

This session may take place over the phone or in
person.
Part II:
- The coach and client meet 3 more times at
mutually-agreed upon times for 45 minutes.
- These sessions take place over the phone.
Additional:
- In addition, the client has easy access to the
coach for spot coaching as needed.
- Spot coaching occurs via email or telephone.
