A team in your
company wants support. Are they a group comprised of brilliant individuals
who don’t get along? Are they a group that collaborates well and is beginning
an important new project or direction? Are they getting mediocre results? Or do
they want to go from good to great?
You may have explored
some options: mentoring within the company or management training for the
team leader, reading materials for the team. Yet you’re not completely
satisfied with what you’re finding.
It may be that the
reason these options don’t satisfy you is that they don’t engage the team
sufficiently, that they don’t engage the team directly, or that they are not
applicable to the real world work of the team.
Team Performance
Coaching meets the team where they are and catapults them to the next level of
performance. The coach facilitates the team to discover and clarify their
goals, their roles, their aspirations, and their strengths. Team members begin
to use their individual resourcefulness to mold a team identity, the team’s
passion, team processes, and a shared direction. Each person on the team
becomes accountable to themselves and to one another for the team’s advancement
and innovation.
Inspired Mastery team
performance coaches are all certified by the International Coach
Federation, by their coach training organizations, and by the Foundation for
Inspired Learning as Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitators.
Our coach-facilitators have years of experience, and they
model personal and professional mastery. They are skilled at engaging teams in
the real nitty gritty.
What’s Included:
Beginning:
- In the first session, the team spends a half a
day with the coach and one other in activities and processes designed to set a
foundation for what the team is to accomplish – they create their shared
vision, values, and goals; they learn processes for successful achievement of
their goals; and they set a basis for working together effectively.
- This session takes place in person.
Ongoing:
- The coach and team meet once or twice each month
or each quarter at mutually-agreed upon times for one-hour or half-day
sessions.
- These sessions may take place in person or over
the phone (phone option for one-hour sessions only).
- Optional coaching for the team leader may take
place over the phone in sessions of up to 45 minutes at a frequency of once,
twice, or three times per month.
- Optional coaching for team members may take
place over the phone in sessions of up to 45 minutes at a frequency of once,
twice, or three times per month.
Additional:
- In addition, the team leader has easy access to
the coach for spot coaching as needed.
- Spot coaching occurs via email or telephone.
Duration:
- We make an agreement to six months of coaching.
- The organization may cancel this agreement any
time for any reason with two weeks’ notice.
